We will also modify all the settings needed for your sites to be completely functional on our next–generation cloud hosting platform.Our techs are fully capable of transferring any kind of website. With years of practical experience in this field, they are experts in the specificities of our web hosting platform, our Control Panel as well as all other well–known Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom–built app with plenty of custom libraries is as easy as moving a simple WordPress–based weblog.

A: While we cannot give you an exact time interval, because there are a lot of variables, among them the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our best to move your website within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (if the content is not very large).

A: We will require the login information for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel and the website’s name (domain name).

A: In order for us to start the transfer of your web hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose practically the same information you have given to your current web hosting provider. We’ve also got a very rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies how private data is handled.

A: While we move your website, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider.
